This made it difficult for them to reach their audience who were not as familiar with their brand or services. We started by taking a deep dive into the brand, its history and its values. Then we created an e-commerce that could suit both professionals and wholesale persons as well as normal customers. We wanted our design to showcase not only products but interior design services as well, so we created a layout that allowed visitors to easily search for what they needed while also browsing through options for redesigning their space or buying new furniture outright from Demace's own line of designer pieces.

We designed single product pages with all price options and installments so customers could make informed decisions. Right after a product is added to cart, a pop-up appears inviting them to discover more products—keeping the journey smooth and encouraging cross-sell without friction. We also optimized the checkout process so that it was fast and frictionless—which helped them increase sales by 44 percent. The flow was reduced to essential steps with progress indicators, saved form data, guest checkout options, and multiple payment methods.
